Signing in to Dento
How to open your clinic's or laboratory's account, and what to do when the sign-in is blocked.
Step 1: Open Dento
Open Dento's address in any browser: on a computer, a tablet or a phone. The sign-in page opens.
Step 2: Choose clinic or laboratory
Under Sign in as choose Clinic if you work at a clinic, or Laboratory if you work at a laboratory.
Step 3: Type your details
Under Clinic name (or Laboratory name) type the short name you were given: small letters, no spaces. Then your Email and Password, and click Sign in. The dashboard opens.
Good to know
- The name and the clinic / laboratory choice are remembered on this device: next time you only type your email and password.
- After 10 wrong attempts this sign-in is locked on that device for 10 minutes; the warning shows how long is left. Another device can still sign in.
- Forgot your password? The main login of your clinic or laboratory gives you a new one under Users.
