Reminders to patients

The texts of the SMS / WhatsApp reminders your patients get before a booking.

Where to find it: Administration › Settings

  1. Step 1: Open the messages

    Open Settings → Messaging. Reminders to patients shows whether reminders are switched on for your clinic.

  2. Step 2: Which reminders and their texts

    Under Which reminders and their texts switch on The day before and / or 30 minutes before and change their text, or use Use the standard text. What the patient gets shows the message. Click Save.

  3. Step 3: What was sent

    Your messages lists the reminders sent, with their status, and Messages left how many remain.
