Samples, changes and cancelling
Approve a sample, answer the laboratory's changes, and cancel an accepted order by agreement.

Step 1: A sample arrives
When the laboratory sends a sample you get a notification, and the order shows that it waits for you.

Open the order: Approve sample lets the laboratory go on with the final work; Ask for another sample asks for a new one, with what is wrong.

If the laboratory changes lines, prices or the date before accepting, the order shows under Needs your answer: open it and click Approve the changes.
