Working with a laboratory

Ask a laboratory to work with you, or answer a laboratory that asks you.

Where to find it: Laboratories › Labs

Step 1: Find the laboratory
Open Labs and click Add laboratory. Search by name or NIPT and click Ask.

Step 2: Wait for the answer
Until the laboratory answers, the request is under Requests to work together. Take back withdraws it.

Step 3: Accepted
When the laboratory accepts you get a notification and it appears in your list. Now you can send it orders.

Step 4: A laboratory asks you
A laboratory's request shows in the same place: click Accept or Decline.

Good to know

Before the laboratory accepts you cannot see what it offers or order.
After a refusal either side can ask again.
The prices you see are set by the laboratory; some show none and price the order when they accept it.
